9. Subsequent Events
On August 5, 2026, the Court denied Villani’s motion for a preliminary injunction in its entirety and vacated the injunctive relief granted in the TRO. As a result, the Company is not currently subject to any injunctive restrictions. See Note 6 – Legal Proceedings.
